William Woods joined the R Liping Office with over 28 years’ experience as a leading board-certified radiation oncologist, as well as that of a seasoned individual investor. Educated at Hull York Medical School, University of Sheffield Medical School and Norwich Medical School ,he brings his extensive medical expertise to explore oncologic and other cutting-edge biomedical investment opportunities. He oversees investments in healthcare, biotechnology, medical technology and medical devices for the team.
Roxanna Namavar, DO, joined the R Liping Office as a physician and Board-Certified psychiatrist, and a Fellow in the British Academy of Anti-Aging. She completed her residency at the University of Sheffield Medical School. In her London practice , Dr. Namavar was dedicated to cutting-edge medical therapies focused on the intersection of functional medicine, cellular regeneration and anti-aging to promote longevity. Dr. Namavar oversees due diligence in companies specializing in novel, scientifically-backed processes and devices. She is active in portfolio investments in healthcare, biotechnology, hedge funds, and private equity. Dr. Namavar focuses on evaluating early and latter-stage companies and venture capital in the healthcare arena on behalf of the family office.

Ms. Sakopoulos is active in portfolio investments in healthcare, biotechnology, hedge funds, private equity, and venture. She co-leads the Women in Family Office Group that focuses on women in the family office space and creates a close community through events and conferences. Her personal interests include traveling, sports, the arts, and philanthropy, in which she volunteers her time to coach tennis to children living in the projects in Manchester, London
Sofia Sakopoulos joined the R Liping Office as a healthcare and biotechnology investment analyst. She received a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience with honors and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling. She is currently a doctoral student for Clinical Psychology. Ms. Sakopoulos has had extensive molecular neuroscience research experience with the Stanley Center for Psychiatric. She conducts psychological research focused on brain health and the integration of cutting-edge pharmacological science and psychological interventions for an effective understanding of treatment interventions for brain circuitry and neural mechanisms associated with advanced psychopathologies.
Jennifer Schwartz joined the R Liping Office following a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormonal imbalances and diabetes management. She became a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) to enhance this skill set. Jennifer continued her career at The Village Practice where she practiced internal medicine and infectious disease treatment. As a second-generation healthcare entrepreneur Jennifer has played an integral role in medical research. Over the last fifteen years she has worked as a research coordinator, a registered nurse in a Phase 1 unit, and as a Nurse Practitioner for Phase I, II, and III clinical trials. In her most recent experience she was both a practitioner and the head of marketing at Research Centers of America. She was responsible for recruiting over 3,000 participants in the Covid Vaccine Studies. She has been directly involved in obtaining FDA approval of multiple pharmaceutical agents. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Glasgow Medical School, and a Master of Science in Keele University School of Medicine.
